• Provide as much detail & evidence as possible (e.g. date and time, physical address, people involved, and vehicle numbers, photos and videos).
• Remember to include your personal contact details as well - this will be kept private and is only for the NSPCA’s reference.

The NSPCA will assess it and send it to the relevant units or organisations to assist.
